TЕПЛИЧНOE РАСТЕНИЕ (hothouse plant)

Installation. Unique. Dimensions variable.

wood panels, mirror silver vinyl film sheets, MDF, glass,
16 framed pigment prints on Fujicolor Crystal Archive, Velvet Type H,
1 latex inkjet print,
various potted plants on loan from the homes of different people I met during my two months residency in Yekaterinburg,
a humidifier turned on during the open hours of the museum,
a water spray bottle,
a stained cup of tea,
cigarettes of different brands asked from men in the street, in a glass,
fruits received from women working in kiosks in exchange for the cigarettes,
a page from a book,
a small bottle of vodka found in the trash and filled with the water from the museum,
and five rooster gzhel ceramic figurines purchased at a kiosk around the corner.
